term for the smallest unit of society in a kibbutz; several kvutzahs make one kibbutz.

Volunteer
one who offers his services on his own free will, without receiving an official salary (may receive allowances, but this is upon the discretion of the “employer”)

Volie House
Home specially allocated for long staying Kibbutz volunteers. Guests usually stay in bed and breakfast facilities located near the commune.

Zionism
a movement or plan aimed at bringing back Jewish nationals back to Palestine for the further development of Israel.
