kibbutz sasa

Kibbutz Sasa is located right at the foot of Mt Meron in the Upper Galilee area, on the site of an old Arab village called Sa'asa.

It was founded by Hashomer Hatzair, and American Jewish group - and has since been joined by other groups from around the world.

The industries in Sasa are varied - of course the usual vegetables and fruit. But as well as these, there are factories producing electricla goods and very high tech body armour.

The Anne Frank Haven

This school is founded by Sasa, and is helping schoolchildren with education, development, morals - and cultural integration. The Haven is a very important part of Sasa.
